What is Coaching?

    A coach is someone who partners with their coachee through the transformational journey to become the best version of themselves. Coaches provide support and guidance without dictating what the coachee should or should not do by building trust and creating a safe space.

  • Therapy

    A therapist helps their client work through past trauma that is affecting their current reality. There are different types of therapists, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and counselors.

  • Mentoring, Advising, or Consulting

    A mentor/advisor/consultant is the expert that the client comes to for direction, advice, and instruction.

  • Coaching is question-based and mentoring/advising/consulting is solutions-based. Each has it’s place and purpose and you can do both at the same time.

  • No. The minimum package is three sessions as you won’t get value in a “one-off” session scenario. Please see the packages that we offer for the different options that are available.
