• We will provide our coachees with a safe and nurturing coaching experience, which will allow them to be themselves without fear of judgment, criticism or failure.

• We will always keep our coachees’ interests above those of our own. You are the focus.

• We will commit all of our professional experience, energy and focus to helping every coachee we serve.

• We will encourage our coachees to believe in themselves, set realistic goals, take appropriate actions and celebrate success.

• We will not offer advice, counseling, or psychotherapy to any coachee in our duties as a coach.
